How we do it

How we do it

We are not for everyone. And everyone is not for us. It is like any business relationship. We choose who we work with as carefully as we are chosen by our clients.

We do not charge by time - we like to get to know you first so that we can work out what you hope/need to achieve from our collaboration. Then we fix a price based on the value to you, not on the time it takes us to do it. That means we don't give hourly rates, day rates or quick quotes.  There are plenty of consultants who will but that is not our way.

We tend to work with organisations that find the future exciting, even if it is a bit nerve-wracking!  If you want us to help you change things, and YOU want to be the ones to make changes in yourself or to your own approach, then what you hope for is more likely to happen.

We and our clients have good 'chemistry'. We enjoy our clients - our time with them, their  personalities and quirks,  their fears and worries, their inabilities and their abilities.  We don't work at arms length.  We work with them - as equals, all bringing different elements to the project. They say they enjoy us! We are told that the fact that we get 'stuck in' is helpful.

If you are the same as us, and take the same approach with your business and your stakeholders, then we will be suited to each other and we look forward to working with you!
